When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Each toy is individually handmade and packed by hand in small batches, so larger or custom orders may take a little longer.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of pet products, opened or used toys cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please message me and I will do my best to help.
Are these toys safe for cats?
All toys are made with lightweight materials and are tested with my own cats first. However, as with any cat toy, I recommend supervised play and checking toys regularly for wear.
Will the attachment fit my own wand?
Yes! Every attachment comes with a small metal hook and is designed to fit almost all standard cat wands, teaser rods, and replacement strings.
